You can configure each column with different property values. Table Columns is a child table to WEP Tables. This table will be created by WEP Forms during set up. If you don't set up column properties for a column, WEP Forms will default values for each property. Scroll to bottom of page to see how columns property fields work. See each field and functionality in table below.
Filed Name | Field Type | Description - How To Use Fields |
Field | Text | You need to field id of field that is being used as table column. This field id must be in "Fields" in table record. Column number of the field is coming from "Fields". Use "#" if you are using item #(counter) as a table column. Example: In "Fields" ==> 14.6.8 Field id 8, is the third column of table. If you are displaying item counter as first column then it will be 4th column in table. |
Header Override | Text | Use this field if you want to show different label instead of field name in column header. |
Width | Numeric | Column width on document as pixel value. |
Align | Multiple Choice | Text alignment in table cell. Options: Left, Center and Right |
Vertical Align | Multiple Choice | Text vertical alignment in table cell. Options: Top, Center and Bottom |
Font | Multiple Choice | Font name for text in table cells. Multiple font names are options. You can update options |
Font Size | Numeric | Font size for text in table cells. Use integer numeric value (No decimals) |
Font Color | Text | Font color for text in table cells. Use hexadecimals color values or common color names. Examples: Light Blue, #2a85c6, #4d4dff |
Style | Multi-Select Text | Options: Bold, Italic and Underline |
Column Background Color | Text | Use hexadecimals color values or common color names. Row Color overrides this setting. Examples: Light Blue, #2a85c6, #4d4dff |
Header Align | Multiple Choice | Text alignment in table column header. Options: Left, Center and Right |
