WEP Table that you store information for your template. Template file can either be Word(.docx) or Excel(.xlsx,.xlsm,.xltx,.xltm) or PDF(.pdf).

Table has only one required field, which is "Template File". it is a file attachment type field. You need to upload your template into this field.

Template

Get field id of field from table and place them between "~" sign on template where you want value of that field to displayed on document

  • Same method for all three types of templates(Word, Excel and PDF)
  • You can add multiple field reference in one Excel cell or in PDF field.
  • Field values will be display with font properties that you set on your template file.

Examples: ~15~, ~16~

After you create WEP Table record(s), you need to add table reference to template file.
